Printing is a process choice, not a fallback. Arterki runs industrial stereolithography on large-vat machines, SLS nylon on an industrial powder station, a 40-printer desktop FDM fleet with a high-temperature line for PEEK and PEI, and metal SLM in 304 stainless steel — so the process is matched to the part, not the other way round.

Match the process to the job

Appearance models and master patterns come off the SLA floor in 4–6 resin grades. Functional nylon parts that have to survive snap-fits, heat and live assemblies print in SLS PA12, PA11 or TPU. Metal parts start on SLM in 304 stainless steel; 316L, titanium and 17-4PH are on our roadmap — in planning, inquiry only. MJF is not offered, and we will tell you when SLS is the better call anyway.

Printed does not mean unverified

Every order ships with an inspection report. Dimensional checks run on KEYENCE IM vision metrology and a metrology-grade SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+ scanner, so post-cure shrinkage and distortion are measured, not assumed. Where a print cannot hold a callout, DFM feedback comes back with the quote — before you spend a day of print time.

Order flow

From STL to verified part. Orientation, supports and inspection are decided by engineers, not by defaults.

  1. Upload your files

Send STL files — STEP or PDF drawings help — with quantity, material and the callouts that matter.

  2. DFM + quote in 24 h

An engineer checks print orientation, supports and wall sections, then quotes with DFM feedback and a confirmed lead time.

  3. Printing

Parts print on the matched process — SLA, SLS, FDM or SLM — with orientation set for the tolerances that matter.

  4. Post-process + inspection

Supports and powder are removed, parts are cured or stress-relieved, and critical dimensions are measured or scanned for the report.

  5. Delivery

Parts ship with their inspection report in the box.

Processes

The right process for each part.

  • Industrial SLA

Large-vat industrial stations plus Form 4 and HeyGears desktops. 4–6 resin grades for appearance models, master patterns and fit checks at ±0.2 mm.

  • SLS Nylon

Industrial powder station (HT252P class) for PA12, PA11 and TPU — no supports, nestable batches, ±0.3 mm.

  • Engineering FDM

A 40-printer desktop cluster plus Raise3D Pro3 HS for iteration, and an INTAMSYS 410 high-temperature line for PEEK, PEI and PA-CF.

  • Metal SLM

FF-M140H stations printing 304 stainless steel at ±0.3 mm. 316L, titanium and 17-4PH in planning — inquiry only.

Inspection

Printed parts, verified.

The report is what separates a printed part from a guess. Post-cure shrinkage, hole positions and critical callouts are measured on KEYENCE IM or captured as a full-field scan on the SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+, and the results ship with your parts.

3D printing questions.

Send the part and how it will be used — the answer comes back with your quote.

Which process should I choose?

SLA for appearance models and masters, SLS PA12/PA11/TPU for functional nylon, FDM for large or high-temperature thermoplastic parts including PEEK, and metal SLM in 304 stainless. If a cheaper process would do, we say so in the quote.

What tolerances can printing hold?

Industrial SLA ±0.2 mm; SLS and metal SLM ±0.3 mm. Features outside a process's envelope come back as DFM feedback before you commit to a print.

Do you offer MJF?

No. SLS covers most of the same nylon territory — PA12 and PA11, with TPU for flexible parts — and we will steer you there honestly.

Can you print metal?

Yes — SLM in 304 stainless steel today, at ±0.3 mm. 316L, titanium and 17-4PH are in planning; ask for current status and we will quote what we can hold.

How fast are printed parts?

Lead time is confirmed in your quotation against the current print schedule, with material and finishing included.

What files do you need?

STL for printing; STEP or PDF drawings when tolerances matter. Include quantity, material and the callouts you care about.
