About Arterki Manufacturing
Engineering-grade parts, with proof
Arterki Manufacturing is a rapid manufacturing workshop in Beijing. We CNC-machine, 3D-print, mold and measure parts for hardware teams worldwide — and every shipment leaves with an inspection report.

How Arterki started
Arterki Manufacturing is the export desk of a hardware NPI platform in Beijing. NPI — new product introduction — is the stretch between a finished CAD model and a part you can put in someone's hand. For years, that platform has done this work for hardware startups: machining first articles, printing form-and-fit prototypes, cutting quick aluminum tools, and measuring everything before it ships. Its ecosystem includes more than 600 hardware companies, many founded by alumni of the MiraclePlus accelerator, and the engineering team includes engineers trained at Harbin Institute of Technology and industrial designers from the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
The workshop. Our facility sits on Zhichun Road in Beijing — 1,773 m² on the ground floor, with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, injection tooling and a metrology room under one roof.
The processes. We built four core processes plus the supporting operations engineers actually need: CNC milling and turn-mill turning, industrial SLA/SLS printing, metal SLM, rapid aluminum-tool injection molding and MIM pilot runs, and vacuum heat treatment for aluminum parts.
The rule. One rule shaped everything: no part ships without measured data. If we can't inspect a feature, we say so at the quote stage, not after delivery.
2026: the export desk. We opened Arterki Manufacturing to engineers outside China — same workshop, same rules, now with DDP shipping, DHL and FedEx, and payment in USDC, PayPal or bank transfer.
What we make today
Seven process lines under one roof — the table below is what you can order today, with the numbers we sign for.
Capability sheet
Processes, materials, tolerances. What you can order today — the numbers we sign for.

| Subtractive | |
| CNC machining | 3/4/5-axis milling, turn-mill turning · AL 6061/7075, brass, copper, 304 stainless, ABS, POM, PC, PMMA, PA6 and more · ±0.05 mm; ±0.02 mm on request, metrology-confirmed · lead time confirmed at quotation |
| Industrial 3D printing | SLA, SLS, FDM · 4–6 engineering resins (SLA), PA12/PA11/TPU (SLS), high-temperature PEEK-class FDM · ±0.2 mm (SLA); ±0.3 mm (SLS) · lead time confirmed at quotation |
| Additive | |
| Metal 3D printing — SLM | 304 stainless steel at launch · ±0.3 mm · lead time confirmed at quotation |
| Rapid injection molding | CNC-cut 7075 aluminum tools on all-electric presses; insert molding; validation batches of 50–2,000 parts · per drawing · tool cut in about 3 days; parts lead time confirmed at quotation |
| Molding & MIM | |
| MIM pilot runs | Small complex metal parts, tens to hundreds of pieces, for process validation · per drawing · lead time confirmed at quotation |
| Quality | |
| Inspection & metrology | First-article and batch measurement, material and reliability testing · report with every shipment |
- Maximum part sizes follow machine travel — contact us for current capability.
- Surface finishing such as anodizing, plating and painting is arranged through certified partner shops and appears on your quote as a separate line.
- Additional metal alloys for SLM are in planning — ask for a quote.
How we guarantee quality
Every first article is measured. Our metrology room runs a KEYENCE IM image-dimension measuring system for feature-by-feature dimensional reports, and a SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+ metrology-grade scanner (plus EinScan H2) for full-field surface comparison against CAD.
100% first-article inspection, and a report with every shipment. Part name, drawing revision, material, nominal vs. measured values, and a pass/fail verdict against your tolerances.
Material checks on a 10–50 kN universal testing machine. Metallography, surface-roughness measurement and ultrasonic inspection are available when a drawing calls for them.
Heat treatment before measurement. Aluminum parts can be solution-treated and aged in our vacuum furnaces, then measured afterward — so the report reflects the part you receive, not the part before treatment.
Reliability testing quoted per project. Temperature and humidity, vibration, drop, ESD and surge chambers on site.
Small-batch precision assembly takes place in a controlled HEPA + ESD area.
What's in your inspection report: measured values for every drawing dimension, the equipment used, material and batch info, and an in/out-of-tolerance verdict per feature.
Working with us
Four steps from files to shipped parts. The loop most of our customers run, from first upload to DDP delivery.
Send your files
STEP or IGES plus a drawing with tolerance callouts, through the quote form.
Get an engineer's quote within 24 hours
A person reads your model — expect DFM notes, not just a price. If a tolerance, material or process choice will hurt, we tell you before you pay.
Approve, then we build
Lead times for printed and CNC parts are confirmed in your quotation; aluminum injection tools are cut in about 3 days.
Shipped DDP
Duties and taxes are included in the quote. We ship via DHL and FedEx; you can pay in USDC, PayPal or T/T.
About the reader
Most of our customers are mechanical and NPI engineers at hardware startups and small or mid-size OEMs in North America and Europe, plus the procurement managers who support them through EVT and DVT builds. If you order in ones and tens while the design is moving, and in hundreds to low thousands once it stabilizes, this workshop was built for that loop: fast quotes, documented tolerances, and an engineer on the other end who has read your drawing.
